About Me
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and build more connected relationships. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet feel stuck in cycles shaped by earlier experiences. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, with a strong emphasis on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices to help you gently increase awareness, respond with more intention, and relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate feelings, we focus on building self-compassion, flexibility, and skills that support growth both within yourself and in your relationships.
I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care, offering guidance and support as you work toward your individual goals.
